Mindset Work, Pressure-Tested

Jimmy doesn’t teach mindset, resilience and confidence from theory alone. He pressure-tests them in challenging environments: full-distance Ironman racing, Oceanman swims, combat sports, Antarctic water, high-altitude adversity and brutal cold exposure. Not for the photos. Not to look fearless. If anything, those environments strip away the ego fast.

He does it because extreme conditions reveal what theory alone never can. Mindset work becomes real when you’re cold, exhausted, uncertain and under pressure. That’s where weak ideas fall apart. And that’s where Jimmy finds the lessons he brings back into his talks, courses and one-on-one work.

A Note from Jimmy

I didn’t start this work because I had life figured out. I grew up in post-communist Poland without money, connections, status, or any obvious path into the kind of life I secretly wanted. For years, I struggled with anxiety, low self-esteem, and the feeling that I had to prove myself before I could truly live.

So I started rebuilding myself from the inside out. I studied practical psychology because I needed it. I learned to think bigger. I pushed through fear. I studied languages. I worked my way into a British university, then into Goldman Sachs, and later into a startup, the kind of career path I was supposed to be grateful for. And part of me was. But deep down, I knew I was still building someone else’s version of success.

So in 2013, I burned the old life down. I quit my job, ended a long-term relationship, left the country, and packed my life into a suitcase. I was terrified. But I also felt more alive than I had in years. That moment became the beginning of one big experiment: could I rebuild my life around courage, freedom, self-trust, and the work I actually cared about?
Since then, I’ve spent more than a decade traveling, teaching, speaking, creating courses, and testing the lessons I once needed most myself. Not because I have all the answers. Because I know what it feels like to wait for permission, to negotiate with fear, and to live smaller than you know you’re capable of.

That’s why this work exists. To help people stop waiting, start moving, and build the kind of confidence that holds up when life actually puts pressure on them. You don’t need to climb Everest to change your life. But at some point, you do need to face your own mountain.

For People Stepping Into Bigger Arenas

This work is for people who know they are capable of more, but are done trying to think their way into confidence and resilience.

Founders. Leaders. Creators. Speakers. Teams. High performers. People facing pressure, visibility, reinvention, or a challenge they can’t fake their way through.

The arena changes. The work is the same: build the kind of self-trust that holds when things get uncomfortable.

Bring Jimmy to Your Stage

Jimmy has spent over a decade exploring 92 countries and bringing his work to major stages, from Mindvalley University, where he was rated #2 of 100+ main-stage speakers, to global companies, conferences and private events.

His keynotes go deep on confidence, resilience and the discipline of doing hard things on purpose, lessons he doesn’t just talk about, but pressure-tests in the real world.

No generic motivation that fades by Monday. Jimmy gives audiences practical tools, powerful stories and mindset shifts they keep using long after the event is over

Corporate stage, conference, leadership event or private gathering, in person or virtual. The goal is simple: give people a mindset shift they can feel in the room and tools they can use when pressure shows up later.

Work with Jimmy Privately

A few times a year, Jimmy works privately with a small number of clients for three to six months.

It’s part consulting, part coaching, part mentorship, shaped around the person in front of him rather than a fixed curriculum.
This work is best suited for high performers stepping into a bigger arena: building a personal brand, finding their voice, publishing the thing they’ve delayed for years, preparing for a major stage, or taking on a challenge that genuinely scares them.

The point isn’t hype. It’s focused, direct support from someone who has built a life around pressure, reinvention and doing hard things on purpose.

Jimmy helps clients move faster, think clearer and stop negotiating with the parts of themselves that already know what needs to happen.

Spots are limited by design and available by application only.
