“The Course Pro teaches you really great techniques, and also how to overcome your fears and anxieties”

Before Course Pro program, I was struggling to publish my first online course for the last 2 years. By the way, for the last 15 years, I had the privilege the work with Fortune 100 organization around 15 countries for more than 3.000 people with more than 300 training and facilitations. Some of the leadership academies and culture transformation programs that I design and lead won prestigious awards like ATD, GPTW etc. And those success stories and experiences were not enough for me to develop an online course.

Even if I applied for different online courses to discover different dimensions of Online Course Business (Not just building a course, but also digital marketing and selling), I was struggling to take a step and sinking in the imposter syndrome swamp.

After taking Course Pro, I feel that I am somehow in control and on the right track. It gave me the confidence that for the last 2 years, even if there is no course out there, It enabled me to see the value that I generated via Podcast sessions started on Jan 2022, Instagram and Linkedin posts on my subject, last but not least a first draft written book and online course content. I was judging and punishing my self. This course made me realize that everything that I have done so far was a great investment. I am not on the zero point, but at least I had a progress to make my mission come true.

The reason I enrolled in Course Pro is to put everything together that I have done together so far, and have the courage to launch my first online course.

What I was hoping to achieve/learn was to discover and assess if my approach is beneficial and useful for an online course subscribers, how to present in front of a camera with confidence, and how to market the course…

Reasons why I recommend Course Pro is because it’s so compact, and has already enough and necessary information from multi-dimensional level. But beyond, it’s transformative in terms of overcoming imposter syndrome, toxic perfectionism, being lost on the journey in personal level.

On course development level, the techniques are really useful e.g. Understanding 5 Rules of Transformation while Designing your Course, How to Create Captivating Content, Marketing Tips and for me the most important part was Preparing Content for on-Camera Delivery. Those techniques were shared really made my life super easy, especially the Pajama Draft exercise 🙂

Areas of my life in which I’ve noticed the biggest changes in my life is, I unlearn some of the parts of adult learning, development, transformation and learn new dimensions of personal transformation.

My top 3 takeaways or insights during/after finishing this Course Pro are…

1. Stage, offline training and development programs design, experience journey are completely different than online course. You have to give micro-content that will be really helpful for students, and make them feel successful in terms of completion – the tasks you give to them should be super easy and fast enough to finish within not more than 10 minutes – of course there are exceptions such us creating and shooting the course content etc.

2. Even if your content is so strong and important for your students, you have to think end-in-the-mind with empathy before and while designing your content.

3. There is nothing called perfection. For camera shooting, pide your content within bullets as much as you can, to avoid overwhelm and pressure to shoot everything in one time.

The biggest positive change(s) I’ve noticed;

1. By completing each video course and right away finishing the tasks really motivates you a lot, and actually enables you to take action rather than just receiving information. I will apply this micro-tasks at the end of my each video of my course as well.

2. This is another story I want to share, and somehow related to my life trauma that has been dissolved, and directly attached to the reason which stopped me for the last 2 years to release my online course. Actually it’s not about launching a course, it’s about being visible to the world.

Even if I am very comfortable, and energized on the real stage for consulting and leadership academy programs for the last 15 years, I realized I freeze in front of camera. Even if I try to talk to the camera, I become another person and when I watch my self later, I feel so artificial, and I hate to see my self like that. And I tried so hard for the last 2 years to overcome this fear of camera… The Course Pro teaches you really great techniques, and also how to overcome your fears and anxieties; there was a hidden reason personally for me that I can not resolve for the last 2 and more years ago.

During this program Vishen launched a seminar called Chief Life Officers for CEOs, Founders and Executives, and I applied that seminar on 28th August, 2022. There was an exercises which Vishen facilitate. It was a guided meditation to overcome some blockages that does not serves you any more in your life. During the exercise, I travelled in time. I was 18 years old (now 42 years old). I was about to finished high school, and all my dream was to be an opera singer. I apply for the talent exams of universities, and selected on the 2nd stage of the most prestigious university in Turkey without a private lesson or additional preparation. I came back home with excitement and joy, and told the great news to my father. And I remember my fathers response “You won’t gain money, and you will suffer if you perform on stage or become actress in film industry. Moreover to be able climb the stairs on your career, you have to sleep with producers and directors. Are you a bitch? Do you wanna be a poor bitch in life?” Vishen’s guided meditation unleashed that buried dialogue which was actually keeping me away from camera, and being visible on digital media. Somehow that night, I realized that trauma, that information was plugged as a norm in my subconscious mind, and I was avoiding my self to be visible especially on camera and social media, “not to be poor bitch in life”.

Interestingly, my father is always supporting and trying to motivating me to perform on stage, do keynote speeches and publish my online courses, launching my book and offering me extra budget to market around the world. 🙂 Yet, I was not taking enough steps to receive his support financially and non-financially. By that time when I was 18 years old, my father was trying to protect me and he was not aware that he was giving me an issue in my life path to be solved. 🙂

Also during the course as Vishen says, “Instagram is the credibility check for our audiences, and people on Instagram wants to see real you.” Although I was sharing valuable and original content almost everyday, the engagement rates were so small, and I was not understanding ‘why this thing happens like this? What my photo and video got to do with it?” Vishen explained the reason, right inside the course.

I can’t explain my gratitude and appreciation for how Vishen and Mindvalley helped me and thousands of people to resolve our traumas that kept us to walk onto our own paths, transform to be our best version of ourselves in different dimensions (body-mind-soul-career etc.) in an integrated way.

Even if I know most of the biggest holding CEOs, chairmans and executives in person in my region and had the privileged to serve for their people and organization and observe their greatness in their leadership roles, the only role model leader in this world for me is Vishen.
